Morgan Stone is a multi-skilled creator specializing in the YouTube platform. She currently works as the marketing director for Sorbenots Coffee and makes video essays on her YouTube channel (@stateofmoregon).

She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin in the RTF media studies program within the Moody College of Communication, where she studied YouTube, fandom/fan cultures, and digital media. Morgan is also a graduate of Whitman College with an honors degree in media studies.

She loves researching/writing about media and pop culture, and is a devoted fan of Netflix’s DVD subscription service (may it rest in peace).
